1 can (6 ounces) tuna, drained and chunked

1 package (8 ounces) light cream cheese

1/2 cup light mayonnaise

1/2 cup light sour cream

2 green onions, including tops, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 tbsp. dried dill weed

2 tsp. lemon juice

1/2 tsp. garlic salt

1/4 tsp. white pepper

Fresh raw vegetables for dipping

In food processor bowl with metal blade, place tuna, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, onions, dill, lemon juice, garlic salt and white pepper.  Pulse on and off until blended.  Pour into small bowl; chill several hours or overnight before serving with vegetables.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.

Note:  Mixture will be soft.  For firmer dip, use regular cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream in place of the light varieties.

Prep time: 5 minutes
